Terminology & Definitions - Consumer Services

1) Complete Operating System Reinstall - This includes a complete backup of your personal data, your O/S reinstalled and all software and drivers reloaded. This is the best way to fix a slow computer or if you have numerous errors on your computer.

2) Cracked Screen Repair - If you have a cracked screen on your laptop, tablet or phone, we can fix it for $30 plus the cost of the part. Please Contact Us for a quote on your particular device. Service is performed in our office and usually within an hour (once the replacement part arrives).

3) Hardware Upgrades - Most installs will be charged the regular fee of $25. If the installation is overly complicated or if it takes over one hour to complete, the going rate of $50 per hour will be applied to installations that take more than 30 minutes (this includes physical installation and driver install).

4) PC Tune Up/PC Cleanup - This includes Virus/Spyware removal service plus the disabling of any unnecessary startup services, update of all software on the system (free updates) and an O/S hardening (to prevent future slowdowns of the computer system).

5) New Computer Setup - We will remove all bloatware from your new computer (the stuff that slows it down) and make sure all security applications are installed. We will also harden the operating system to prevent any virus/spyware infections. This is the best proactive measure you can make with the purchase of a new computer.

6) Data Recovery - We provide simple data recovery service. If you accidentally deleted something on your computer, we can recover that. If there is physical damage to your hard disk or flash storage device, we may not be able to recover this data. There will be no charge if we can not recover your data. 7) Phone Support - Need some general support over the phone? We can help. Simply give our office a call and one of our knowledgeable technicians will be able to assist you. Please note that the rate doubles on weekends and for after hours calls (regular hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).

All the above prices are for office drop off only. We can perform the work in your home for a $55 fee.
Terminology & Definitions - Business Services

1) On Site Consulting/Diagnostics/Repair - There is no limit to what we can do. This includes creating new local networks, setting up servers, new system setup, etc. Whatever your needs, we can help your business.

2) Design A New Website - We highly recommend HostGator for web hosting and custom email. Their prices are great and it is easy to learn and maintain. Once we complete the website build, you will be able to edit the site on your own (or you can request service from us if you choose our Website/Email Management service). The completed product will be up to six separate pages and can easily be managed by anyone (with admin access). This does not include hosting fees to host the website/custom email. This is a simple business page only... if you are looking for a complete eCommerce solution, please seek a dedicated designer. ;-) 

3) Website/Email Management - We will at your request make changes to your existing site or setup custom email accounts. We highly recommend using HostGator for your website hosting as you get an unlimited number of email accounts at no extra cost!

4) Network Optimization - This service includes speed tests of the network, any necessary hardware upgrades (routers, switches or wireless access points), complete network documentation and a network site map (which can be used for future troubleshooting).

5) IP Telephony Setup - Installation and setup of new VoIP service or maintenance of your existing system. Please call us before requesting this service.

6) 24 Hour Emergency Service - Need some help right now (and it happens to be 7pm on a weekend)? We can help! You may call us for service after hours and on weekends 24 hours a day. Please note that this rate does increase on national holidays (such as Christmas and Thanksgiving). There is a $135 minimum charge for the Emergency Service.

7) Marketing Consulting - We provide digital marketing consulting including help with Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, Facebook Fan Pages, YouTube Marketing Videos, Email Marketing/List Building. We can help your business grow using the latest digital marketing technologies including Facebook Pixels and Retargeting.

Are you located outside the 50 mile radius of Sioux Falls, SD? We can come to your business. Our travel charge is $75 per hour for distances farther than 50 miles from our office.
